Charged by the hour per tradesperson on site. Our hourly rate is confirmed with your written quote.
Materials
Supplied at cost with the allowance listed on your quote. Any upgrade you choose is shown as its own line.
Fixed costs
Site measure, engineering, council lodgement and clean-up — quoted once, never billed twice.
